Vishal Sharma

Vishal Sharma has extensive experience in packaging and compliance, currently serving as Lead Packaging & Compliance at Hero MotoCorp since August 2017, and previously held the position of Functional Lead for Packaging Development & Procurement at Tata Motors. Prior to that, Vishal worked as a Packaging Technologist at Honda Motor India Pvt. Ltd, focusing on packaging development for two-wheeler spare parts. Early career roles included Packaging Executive at Pronk Multiservice, involving on-site packaging of heavy machinery, and a Packaging Trainee position at Nestlé, where various projects were undertaken to optimize seal strength. Vishal holds a PG Diploma in Packaging Science from the Indian Institute of Packaging and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Motivational Pathway.
