Amanda Atkins-Sperling

Amanda Atkins-Sperling is a seasoned HR and talent management professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusiveness, and organizational development. Currently serving as Whole Brain Catalyst and VP of People & Culture at Herrmann since April 2022, Amanda previously held positions such as VP of Talent Management at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta and Assistant Director of Diversity & Inclusiveness Consultant at EY, where responsibilities included developing D&I strategies across the Central Region. Prior roles included leadership in talent development at Cox Automotive Inc. and Autotrader US, along with client services at Bixler Consulting Group. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kentucky.
