Cynthia Radford

Cynthia Radford is an experienced professional in leadership consultancy and organizational development, currently serving as the founder of GreenLeaf Consulting International LLC since April 1998, where diverse teams and leaders are supported in connecting and collaborating effectively. With extensive global experience across 40+ countries, Cynthia has worked with leaders from various backgrounds to inspire impactful leadership. As a Certifying Master Facilitator with Herrmann, Cynthia conducts HBDI® Certification sessions and custom workshops that promote cognitive diversity. Additionally, Cynthia held a position as Adjunct Faculty at Furman University from March 2003 to September 2007, teaching leadership and team-building subjects. Prior experience includes leadership development roles at Unisys, where impactful executive programs and workshops were spearheaded across multiple regions. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Purdue University.
