Hiram A. Negron

Hiram A. Negron has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Hiram began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Highgate Hotels. Hiram then joined Hersha Hospitality as a Front Office Manager in 2007 and later became an Assistant General Manager from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Hiram took on the role of General Manager at Candlewood Suites Times Square, where they successfully opened and managed the flagship hotel for the brand. Hiram then returned to Hersha Hospitality in 2010 as a General Manager and held this position until 2013. Hiram's career progressed within Hersha Hospitality, where they worked as an Area General Manager from 2011 to 2014, overseeing three branded assets in New York City. Hiram then became a Regional Director of Operations from 2014 to 2016, responsible for supporting and strategically managing a portfolio of seven hotels in NYC. Hiram then advanced to the role of Senior Regional Director of Operations from 2016 to 2018 before becoming a Regional Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Hersha Hospitality Management. Throughout their career, Hiram has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been instrumental in implementing successful operational, marketing, and revenue strategies within the hospitality industry.

Hiram A. Negron obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Finance and Banking from Borough of Manhattan Community College from 2003 to 2005. Hiram then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance at The City College of New York from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Hiram has a certification in Hotel Investment Analysis and Valuation from New York University.
