Ross Whear

Ross Whear currently serves as the Head of Planning and Economic Development at Hertsmere Borough Council since May 2020. Prior to this role, Ross held several positions at the London Borough of Lambeth from December 2013 to May 2020, including Strategic Applications Manager, Major Applications Coordinator, and Principal Planner. Earlier in their career, Ross worked at the London Borough of Redbridge from May 2006 to December 2013, also as a Principal Planner and a Policy Planner. Ross Whear holds a Master of Arts in Urban Design from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Environmental Planning from London South Bank University.
