Collen Batcheler

Collen Batcheler is the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Hertz. Collen was previously with Conagra Brands from June 2006 to April 2022 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, they were with Albertsons from October 2003 to June 2006 as Vice President & Corporate Secretary. Ms. Batcheler began their career as an Associate Counsel at Cleveland Clinic from May 2003 to October 2003. Collen then worked as an Associate at Jones Day from August 1998 to May 2003.

Collen Batcheler attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where they earned their J.D., magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif. Collen also attended State University of New York at Fredonia, where they earned their B.A. in political science, magna cum laude.
