Matthew Farrugia

Matthew Farrugia started their work experience in 2007 at Methode Electronics Malta Ltd, where they worked as a Quality Engineer until 2012. Matthew then became a Technical Specialist in Quality Engineering until 2015, after which they served as the Principal for Metrology and Calibration until 2016. In 2016, they joined Hetronic Inc. as the Managing Principal for Quality Assurance until their current role as Managing Principal for Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement in 2022.

Matthew Farrugia attended Henley Business School from 2016 to 2020, where they earned an Executive MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they studied at MCAST and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
