Matt Creasey

Matt Creasey has extensive experience in management consulting and IT transformation. Matt has worked as an Independent Management Consultant and Director at MIOC Consulting, where they provided consulting and program leadership services across multiple industry sectors. Matt'sroles included advising on M&A deals, business process efficiency, digital transformation opportunities, and IT function health checks.

Matt also served as an IT Carve-Out Program Director at Heubach, overseeing the carve-out of IT systems from the parent company. Additionally, they held the position of Non-Executive Director at CDS Co-operatives.

In their previous role as a Global IT Strategy & Operating Model Lead at Wella Company, a PE-backed M&A carve-out from Coty, they led the design and implementation of the company's IT operating model and organization.

Prior to that, Matt worked as an Information Technology/Digital Strategy Consultant at Argon & Co, a Consulting Partner at PA Consulting, and a Management Consultant/IT Transformation Director/Interim CIO at PwC. Matt played key roles in IT strategy development and implementation, IT sourcing and strategy, and technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.

Before entering the consulting field, Matt worked as a Director at Sennen Consulting and as a Business Continuity/DR Programme Director at UBS, where they led global programs focused on business continuity, data center resilience, and disaster recovery.

Matt Creasey attended Hampton School from 1983 to 1989. Matt then pursued their BEng(Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Prior to their university education, Matt also attended Guildford College of Technology from 1989 to 1991, although the specific degree and field of study undertaken during this time is unknown.
