Pablo Alves

Pablo Alves has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Pablo worked at Heubach since 2021 as the Head of Development Lab, focusing on AZO & Preparations in Brazil. Prior to that, they were employed at Clariant from 2017 to 2019, where they worked as a Lean Sigma Black Belt. Pablo also had a long tenure at Clariant from 1999 to 2016, holding positions as a Product Expert and a Químico II.

Pablo Alves completed their undergraduate education at Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Bacharelado em Química com Atribuições Tecnológicas. Pablo then pursued further education at Pós Graduação - Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz from 2004 to 2005, specializing in Pós Graduação em Química Geral. In addition to their formal education, Pablo Alves also obtained several certifications, including Operational Excellence Lean Site Assessment from Clariant in September 2019, Six Sigma + Lean Black Belt from TÜV Rheinland Group in February 2017, Local Leadership Program from Krauthammer International in May 2016, and LeanSigma Green Belt from Clariant in June 2015.
