Dee O'Callaghan

Dee O'Callaghan currently serves as VP and Chief of Staff to the EVP of Hybrid Cloud & Chief Technology Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, starting in September 2024. Prior to this, Dee held positions at NearForm as General Manager for the AMER region and Head of Software Delivery from July 2022 to September 2024. Before NearForm, Dee was with VMware Tanzu as the US Federal Engineering Delivery Lead and held roles related to digital transformation and solutions architecture. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Digital Engineering at Cognizant, Principal Product Manager at HubSpot, and various positions at Dell EMC, CoreHR, and Celtech. Dee's educational background includes studies in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online and ongoing education in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Munster Technological University.
