Joanne O. is an experienced professional in organizational development and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Senior Manager of People & Organizational Development at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since February 2010. Joanne holds multiple roles within the company, including Cyber Security Awareness Training Program Manager, Product Owner & UX Design, and Scrum Master, among others. As the Founder of the National Cyber Security Awareness Taskforce of Ireland and a former Board Member of Cyber Ireland, Joanne has significantly contributed to developing strategies for talent and skills in the cybersecurity sector. Previous experience includes leading the Diver{Se}curity Project and serving as a Critical Event Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Joanne's educational background includes a Master's in Instructional Design & eLearning Development from Munster Technological University and various diplomas in Project Management and Business Studies from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
