Sougata Sen

Sougata Sen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Senior General Manager of Recruitment at Hexaware Technologies, Sougata has previously held leadership roles at Encora Inc. as Director and co-founded FSR International, focusing on business development and talent acquisition. Additional experience includes key positions at Huawei Technologies India, Unisys India, and GENPACT LLC, where Sougata managed talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
