Paula Guerra Gil

Paula Guerra Gil has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and auditing. Paula currently holds the position of Head of Finance at heyData, where they manage the company's financial operations and ensures its financial health. Paula'sresponsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as leading the accounting and finance teams.

Prior to joining heyData, Paula worked as a Supervisor (Manager) at Crowe Spain | Audit & Advisory from February 2021 to September 2022. Paula also gained valuable experience at KPMG España, where they served as a Supervising Senior-Audit Financial Services from September 2015 to February 2021.

Earlier in their career, Paula had internships at ANECOOP S. COOP, where they worked in internal audit and finance & administration roles for a few months in 2015. Additionally, they had a brief stint at Amplify Trading, where they gained experience in trading and financial market analysis.

Paula Guerra Gil completed a Master's Degree in Financial Management and Audit at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Valencia, which they attended from 2009 to 2015. Paula also studied Business at the University of Nottingham from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Paula earned a Specialised Diploma in Stocks and Financial Markets from ADEIT| Fundación Universidad-Empresa from 2013 to 2014.
