The role 

In this role, you’ll work directly with small clinics across France, helping healthcare providers modernise their operations and improve patient care. You’ll take ownership of your sales pipeline, build meaningful relationships, and close deals that deliver tangible value. This is a high-impact role that offers autonomy, growth, and the chance to help shape the future of healthcare in France.

Essential qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience - ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and medical professions

  • Complete fluency in French & business proficiency in English.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas – top 2% performer in previous roles.

  • Strong business acumen and exceptional listening and rapport-building skills

  • Strong understanding of the various stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a keen sense of customer service.

  • Experience building your own pipeline without relying on SDRs

  • Exceptional CRM discipline to effectively manage your pipeline

  • High level of personal organization and adaptability.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative team spirit

Your responsibilities 

  • Identify and create opportunities while carrying out prospecting activities.

  • Handle inbound leads and manage a portfolio of active clients.

  • Work on full sales cycles: from prospecting and discovery to product demos and closing deals.

  • Conduct meetings both on-site and remotely.

  • Participate in industry conferences.

  • Provide accurate reporting and conduct competitive monitoring.

  • Contribute to refining our market strategy in France.

  • At least 2 days, twice a month, spent meeting with your team (either in France or the UK).

  • Competitive remuneration: 45000€ - 55000€ base salary (commensurate with experience) and uncapped commission
