Danielle Silvestro

Danielle Silvestro is the current Head of People at Heygo. Danielle has held this position since October 2021. Prior to this, they were with Entrepreneur First from December 2017 to October 2021 where they built out the People function and team from scratch, scaling from 30 people to 120+, growing from two locations to six globally. KellyDeli from October 2016 to December 2017 where they were recruited to help build the People & Culture team and drive our values within the business, this includes the full spectrum of HR operations and towards the end of their time there, leading the team as Head of People. Lastly, they were with Byron from March 2014 to October 2016 as their People Operations Manager.

Danielle Silvestro has a Master of Arts in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh. Danielle is also certified as an Accredited Facet5 Practitioner and Hogan Assessment Systems Certification from Facet5 Ltd and Hogan Assessment Systems respectively.

They are on a team with Florian Bölter - Product Design Lead, James Ansell - Head of Finance, and Ani Chemilian - Head of Operations. Their manager is John Tertan, Co-Founder.
