Francesca Tanca

Francesca Tanca is an experienced Scrum Master currently employed at Goldie since August 2024, where a strong focus on fostering an Agile culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement is demonstrated. Prior to this role, Francesca served as a Scrum Master at Creatopy from October 2021 to August 2024, overseeing scrum and development teams while educating others in Agile methodology. Francesca holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Timisoara (2017 - 2020) and a Baccalaureate in Știintele naturii from Colegiul National Onisifor Ghibu (2011 - 2015).
