Chun Ling Hsu

Chun Ling (Vanya) Hsu is a Design Research Specialist at HGA, focusing on evidence-based research projects that integrate design approaches in architecture. Hsu has experience as a User Experience Researcher at the Games & Interactive Technology Lab, conducting benchmarking studies on cognitive accessibility in video games, and as a UX Research Intern at DIA Design Guild, performing quantitative research to support community initiatives. Volunteering as a UX Researcher with Work on Climate, Hsu analyzed trends in the climate workforce, while also leading a team for World IA Day Los Angeles to successfully organize a conference. Previous roles include research positions at Veterans General Hospital and Lechun Psychiatric Clinic, alongside educational support roles at Kaohsiung Medical University. Hsu holds a Master's degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kaohsiung Medical University.
