Eze Fiszerman

Eze Fiszerman has a strong background in operations, customer success, and financial planning. Eze is currently the Head of Delivery & Customer Success at Hi Auto, where they manage enterprise customers and oversees the implementation of their conversational AI platform. Prior to Hi Auto, Eze worked at Freightos as a Senior Director Of Operations, where they were responsible for the success and operations of the Seller department. Eze also served as the Director Of Operations & Customer Success, leading a team focused on high-touch SMB/Enterprise accounts. Earlier in their career, Eze held various roles at Freightos, including Operations Manager and Project Manager, where they built a B2B marketplace and managed a core team. Prior to joining Freightos, Eze worked as a Financial Planning Analyst at TOR Developers and as a Product Manager at the Ministry of Finance in Argentina. Eze started their career at Accenture as a Financial Management Analyst, specializing in cost savings and working capital improvements.

Eze Fiszerman completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Studies at the University of Buenos Aires from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Near and Middle Eastern Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2011 to 2012.
