Jerry Chen

Jerry Chen is an experienced business leader currently serving as the BU Head at Hi-P International since January 2015, where oversight includes managing teams across multiple global locations, focusing on overall business operations, and accountability for the Business Unit's profit and loss. Previously, Jerry held roles such as Vice President of Global Business Development, where management of five business divisions involved cross-cultural communication and collaboration with various departments, and Regional Vice President of Global Business Development, leading sales teams and strategizing for major account management in North America. Prior to Hi-P International, Jerry gained experience in banking with Wells Fargo as an Executive and held several key positions at U.S. Bank, Citi, and Royal Notary Signing Company. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from San Francisco State University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
