Please note: Candidates residing in Colorado, Illinois, Montana, Tennessee, or Texas are preferred.

Role: You will be the front line of contact with our prospective customers. You will be in charge of initiating contact with new prospects, engaging with them to understand their needs, and cultivating relationships throughout the sales process as they get to know our products and services. Occasional travel to a few US-based ABA conferences throughout the year may be required.

Location: Remote (USA) - Living in Colorado, Illinois, Montana, Tennessee, or Texas.

Your profile: Outgoing, genuine, and engaging, you love to meet new people! Empathetic and caring: our clients are people who have dedicated their lives to helping others. Strong communication and time management skills.

Your experience: Tech-savvy with experience using social media. Ideally some direct sales experience. This candidate should have experience working and building relationships within the field of ABA.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with our sales and marketing departments to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with customer support, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent Hi Rasmus at industry events and conferences.
