Dipti Sen

Dipti Sen has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. DIPTI began their career at Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited as a Management Trainee from August 2009 to July 2010. DIPTI then worked as a QC Engineer at Black Diamond Motors Pvt Ltd from September 2010 to August 2012. Subsequently, they joined Steelo Equipments as a Site Engineer from August 2012 to February 2018. DIPTI also worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Anand Engineers Pvt Ltd for a brief period from February 2018 to April 2018. Following that, they returned to Steelo Equipments as a Supervising Engineer from April 2018 to February 2020. DIPTI then served as the Head of Quality Control at BLACK DIAMOND TRACK PARTS PVT LTD from February 2020 to January 2021. From July 2021, they worked as a Web Content Writer at HiTech iSolutions LLP. Simultaneously, they joined Pragyan Online Classes as a Regular Faculty Incharge from August 2021. In October 2021, they became the Head of Human Resources & Editor at Measuring News, where they also held the position of News Editor and Admin since January 2021. Lastly, they currently hold the role of Human Resources Specialist & Management at Simpli Technologies since April 2020.

Dipti Sen has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. DIPTI completed their 12th grade with a focus on PCMB at Sambalpur University. Prior to that, they studied at S.E. RLY M. H. S School and obtained a 10th grade degree with a specialization in Technology.

In 2019, Dipti enrolled in the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Industrial Engineering. During their MBA program, they also gained expertise in Human Resources. DIPTI completed their MBA in 2021.

As for additional certifications, Dipti obtained a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in March 2022. DIPTI also completed a Foundation Course on CATIA through CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in July 2017. Furthermore, they hold a Diploma in Autocad, which they obtained at an undisclosed time and institution.
