Kathy Thibodeaux

Kathy Thibodeaux is the founder and principal consultant of KM Thibodeaux Consulting LLC, specializing in government relations and community outreach for development projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. With experience as the Vice President of Property Management at The Irvine Company, CEO of Tri-County Apartment Association, and Public Affairs Manager at Intel Corporation, Kathy has a strong background in leadership and relationship-building. Kathy holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a degree in History from Occidental College.
