Becca Kleinman

Becca Kleinman has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Becca started their career as a Props Intern at Walt Disney Imagineering in 2013 and later worked as a Production Management Intern at Signature Theatre Company in 2014. Becca then became a Lead Carpenter at Annie Russell Theatre, where they stayed until 2014.

In 2015, Becca joined Bumble and bumble as a Front Desk Coordinator, where they provided exceptional customer service and handled client check-ins and payments. Becca later transitioned to the role of Reservations Coordinator, booking appointments and serving as the first point of contact for the salon.

In 2017, Becca worked as a Box Office Representative at The Joyce Theater Foundation, where they processed ticket orders, answered inquiries, and promoted season ticket offers. Becca then joined Dramatists Guild Foundation as a Development Associate in 2018, overseeing gift processing and acknowledgment. Becca administered the CRM software DonorPerfect and engineered workflow protocols.

Becca's next role was at Gina Gibney Dance Inc in 2020, where they served as a Development & Database Manager. Becca had full ownership of data maintenance, handled gift processing and reconciliation, and administered Salesforce Classic.

Most recently, Becca joined HIAS in 2021 as a Development Operations Associate. Becca spearheaded the implementation of new donation import procedures, manages constituents' lifecycle in the CRM, and corresponds with the mail house weekly.

Throughout their career, Becca has demonstrated proficiency in CRM software administration, data management, gift processing, and providing excellent customer service. Becca has a background in the performing arts industry and has held positions in production management, carpentry, and props.

Becca Kleinman studied at Rollins College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft.
