Jose Guerra Clavo

Jose Guerra Clavo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jose is currently working as the Finance Director at HIAS since May 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director at Genco Consulting from January 2020. From 2015 to June 2020, they worked as the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager at Maritime Contractors de Venezuela.

In their earlier career, Jose held various managerial positions at different organizations. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the US & International Sales & Business Development Manager at Compression Generation Services, LLC. Before that, they worked as the International Sales & Business Development Manager for Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru at ProEnergy Services from 2011 to 2013.

Jose also has experience in the automotive industry. Jose worked at Kiekert de Mexico as the Quality Manager from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they served as the Sales & Customer Service Director at Kia Motors de Venezuela from 2007 to 2009.

From 2001 to 2007, Jose worked at Ford Motor de Venezuela, where they held multiple roles including Sales Manager, Program Engineer, and Quality and Process Engineer.

Jose began their career as a Product Engineer at Gabriel de Venezuela in 1999.

Jose Guerra Clavo has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Universidad del Zulia, which they completed in 1999. Jose also pursued an MBA Program in Management from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC) and completed it in 2003. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Finance from Universidad José Antonio Páez. Additionally, they received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Ford Motor Company in 2001.
