Lara Moninghoff

Lara Moninghoff is the Senior Director of Budget and Fiscal Compliance at HIAS. Lara has over 25 years of experience in financial management, including serving as the CFO for a start-up company in green energy and for the Society for Neuroscience. At American International Health Alliance, they progressed from Program Analyst to Budget Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for developing and managing the budget, ensuring fiscal compliance, and overseeing procurement systems.

Lara Moninghoff earned a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Smith College.

Lara Moninghoff reports to Mark Hetfield, President and CEO. They work with Mark Cohen - General Counsel, Brian Kerr - Senior Director, Safety and Security, and Rachel Levitan - Vice President, International Policy and Relations.
