Calvin Charlton is an experienced professional in sports performance analysis and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Technical Recruitment, Head of Performance & Recruitment Analysis, and Head of Performance Analysis at Hibernian Football Club since June 2015. Calvin's previous roles include serving as a Freelance U21 Performance Analyst for the Scottish Football Association and working as an Assistant First Team Analyst at Southampton Football Club.
