Grigory Rassolenko

Grigory Rassolenko has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Grigory currently holds the position of Senior Director Finance at HID since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Halma plc as the Divisional Finance Director from 2018 to July 2023. In this role, they were responsible for the Environmental & Analysis sector of 12 divisions, achieving double-digit growth through various strategies.

From 2015 to 2018, Rassolenko served as the Finance Transformation Director at DXC Technology. Grigory designed and implemented financial planning and reporting capabilities for the Enterprise Services business, supporting major corporate M&A transactions.

Before DXC Technology, Rassolenko worked at HP from 2013 to 2015 as the Head of International Finance for Snapfish. Grigory'sresponsibilities included driving financial forecasting and region consolidation across nine countries in Europe and Asia.

From 2010 to 2013, Rassolenko held multiple roles at HP Enterprise Services, including Senior FP&A Manager and Head of Finance. During this time, they collaborated with the EMEA Board, developed virtual collaboration among regional finance teams, and implemented efficient processes for consolidation.

Prior to their tenure at HP, Rassolenko worked as the Internal Audit Manager at Motorola from 2008 to 2010, delivering impactful audits and managing audit teams. Grigory also held various roles at Motorola, including Senior Internal Auditor and Finance Analyst, from 2004 to 2008.

Rassolenko began their career as an Assurance & Advisory professional at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2004, working on audits and advisory projects. Grigory also gained experience as an M&A Analyst at LSM Securities, researching the Russian M&A market and performing financial analysis and valuation. Rassolenko started their professional journey as a Finance Intern at Otis Elevator in 2000.

Grigory Rassolenko obtained a Master's Degree in Finance and Banking from the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in the period of 1996 to 2001. In addition, they have additional certifications including ACMA, CGMA from CIMA and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola University. The dates of obtaining the certifications were not provided.
