Michell Fontes Souza

Mr. Michell Fontes has worked at Patria Investimentos since 2012 and works as Director of the infrastructure area. From 2016 to 2018, Michell Fontes worked at ARGO (Patria’s investee company) as a Financial and New Business Manager. Before joining Patria, he worked at the strategic consultancy, A.T. Kearney. Mr. Michell Fontes graduated in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering at ITA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica).

In the last five years, Mr. Michell Fontes has not received any criminal conviction, any conviction or sentence in an administrative proceeding before the CVM, nor any final and unappealable sentence at the administrative or judicial levels that suspended or prevented him from performing any professional or commercial activity, and, therefore, is duly qualified to perform his professional activities.

Furthermore, he is not considered to be a politically exposed person, under CVM Instruction 301/99.
