Amy Harris (ANutr)

Amy Harris (ANutr) is an experienced Development Technologist currently working at Higgidy since August 2020, where roles have included Junior Development Technologist and Development Assistant, with additional training in QA. Prior experience includes serving as Hospitality Staff at Compass Group UK & Ireland, ensuring dietary needs of patients were met, and assisting with food preparation at Goodwood Racecourse. Amy has also held a Junior Technologist placement at Yeo Valley Farms, contributing to yogurt product development, and conducted research for Bath and North East Somerset Council on outdoor advertisement's impact on childhood obesity. Initial work experience includes various roles at World of Books Group, supporting GDPR compliance and logistics. Amy holds a degree in Human Nutrition from Bath Spa University.
