Kaitlin Gawkins

Kaitlin Gawkins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in analytics and consulting. Currently serving as an Associate at High Alpha Innovation since December 2021, Kaitlin has previously held positions at American Family Insurance as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, Sustainability Analyst (ESG), and Social Impact Venture Analyst from July 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Innovation Consultant at mobius, a Technical Market Analyst at The IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame, and Editor in Chief of Flyer News, the independent student-run newspaper at the University of Dayton, where the publication received recognition in 2019. Additionally, Kaitlin's early career included valuable research experience at the University of Dayton Research Institute, contributing to NSF-funded experiments and published studies. Kaitlin holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Science and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Dayton.
