Helena MacLeod

Helena Macleod is a dedicated Community Learning and Development Support Officer at High Life Highland, focusing on youth work, adult learning, and community development. As the Founding Director of Bridge A Gap, Helena aims to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and communities in North Scotland. Previous roles include Community Development Officer at Strathnairn Development Company, Community Development Manager at Muir of Ord Development Trust, and a Group Member with initiatives such as Changing the Chemistry and Women in Renewable Energy. Helena has extensive experience in business development and renewable energy coordination, having managed projects like the GREAT initiative. Helena holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Strathclyde and a BA with distinction from UHI.
