As an Account Executive for HighByte, you will be responsible for thinking strategically as you qualify leads and working opportunities through the sales cycle to closure. With the support of the HighByte leadership team and Sales Engineers, you will have the opportunity to have an impact on our product, positioning, and overall success.
Essential Functions
Evangelize and effectively communicate the value of HighByte and HighByte Intelligence Hub to prospects.
Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers to question and develop an understanding of the prospect's integration challenges and value of solving them.
Manage, execute, and close direct sales to mid-sized and large manufacturing and other industrial companies.
Develop sales strategies to increase sales pipeline, shorten time-to-close, and improve close rate.
Effectively use the company’s CRM system to log sales activity and track deals in real time.

Understands software sales techniques and processes

Familiar with CRM systems and tracking sales progress
Agile and adaptive work behaviors while monitoring and reacting to results
Understands cloud, analytics, and manufacturing technology products and trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree in related field
5+ years of B2B subscription software sales experience (industrial preferred)
Success selling in the Account Executive role with average deal size of $25-100k
Professional experience with CRM, prospecting, and social media tools
Willingness to travel as necessary
