Job description

The role

  • We’ve successfully gone to market with our Identity product. This product helps companies automate and convert more business customers by means of better data.

  • As part of the foundational Sales Team, you will help us further execute, iterate, and evolve our GTM strategy and approach. Although the focus will be on direct sales, you will be expected to work cross functionally across all teams at Middesk and add to our understanding of customers, value, and product needs.

What you'll achieve

  • You will acquire key deals and logos across our target GTM segments.

  • You will materially impact the trajectory and growth of Middesk

  • You will build a strong feedback loop between GTM, operational, and product/engineering teams that directly influencing our product strategy

What you’ve accomplished

  • 3-5 years of closing experience in software or other complex sales

  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, hustle in action

  • Demonstrated success in overachieving revenue goals

  • Ability to develop a nuanced perspective on complex topics

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment

  • Focused on achieving deep understanding of business problems and possible solutions
