Gail Donohue has extensive work experience as an executive assistant, providing advanced level administrative and technological support to high-level executives. From 2014, they worked at Higher One Inc., where they served as the executive assistant to the CEO and SVP of Human Resources. In this role, they established new policies and procedures for the senior management team, including the Board of Directors. Gail also worked as the Secretary to the Board of Directors, implementing board procedures. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, Gail worked at NewAlliance Bank and First Niagara Bank, where they provided advanced level administrative support to the Chairman, President, and CEO. Gail ensured open communication and correspondence with the board and all departments of the bank. Gail's earliest work experience was at ABB Inc., where they served as a Senior Executive Assistant from 1989 to 2009. In this role, they provided administrative support to the CIO and coordinated travel arrangements, scheduling, and correspondence. Gail also oversaw administrative tasks for a team of IS managers and supervised in-house IBM techs.
Gail Donohue obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Albertus Magnus College. Gail attended the college from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Gail Donohue also has a certification in Secretarial Studies from Katharine Gibbs School, which they obtained in June 1972.
