Elise Polezel

Elise Polezel is currently the CEO at HigherMe. Prior to this, they were with Copper John Partners as well as Pacific Lake Partners where they worked as a Summer MBA Associate. Elise has also co-founded Replenish Foods and served as its COO before moving on to The Carlyle Group where they worked as a Private Equity Associate. Elise started their career with UBS Investment Bank where they served as an Investment Banking Analyst and a Summer Analyst in their Global Healthcare Group.

Elise Polezel has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from Rutgers Business School. Elise also attended Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
