Katie Carano

Katie Carano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katie is currently serving as the Head of People and Organizational Operations at HigherRing, where they oversee the recruitment and management of workers for various positions. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Notary Public for the State of Michigan. Katie also has experience as a Business Development Consultant for the Chief Wellbeing Officer podcast and as an Operations & Finance Director and Program Manager at GAIA Insights - Transforming Leaders. Katie has previous experience as a Media Intelligence Researcher at IgniteTech, a Program Manager at TIGNUM - Institute for Sustainable High Performance, a Campus Relationship Manager at Educational Housing Services, and an Overnight Staff Support at Hilton. Katie has also worked as a Career Advisor, Senior Career Advisor, and Interim Director at EDMC/The Art Institute of Phoenix, and as an Annual Program Coordinator at the Arizona State University Foundation.

Katie Carano's education history includes a certificate in Food & Sustainability from the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability in 2021 and a certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University in 2019-2020.
