Nic MacPherson

Nic MacPherson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nic has worked as an Operations Director and Head of Manufacturing and Engineering at Highland Spring Ltd, where they were responsible for leadership and management of the company's manufacturing and supply chain operations. Prior to that, they were the General Manager (MD) at ELIS, overseeing the hospitality services and workwear business in Scotland, with full P&L responsibility. Nic also worked at British Airways as the Short haul delivery manager line maintenance, managing aircraft line maintenance engineering and supply chain operations across Europe and North Africa. At gategroup, Nic worked as an Operational Excellence Manager for Europe & Africa, where they focused on lean production, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Nic has also worked at GE Energy as a Product leader Gas & Steam Turbines and at GE Aviation as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and in various leadership roles. Nic has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Enterprise Management and has completed several training programs and certifications in operations, supply chain, Lean Six Sigma, and finance.

Nic MacPherson attended the University of Strathclyde from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors degree in Engineering and Enterprise Management. After a gap of four years, from 2005 to 2009, Nic went on to earn an Executive MBA degree from UWS (University of the West of Scotland). This degree was obtained during the period from 2009 to 2012, specializing in MBA studies.
