You will  have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS landscape will serve you well as you collaborate with a team of affiliate program managers and an entire marketing team. Your responsibilities will include creating automations, creating spreadsheets, auditing a variety of technical and operational processes and campaigns, and proposing ways to improve and optimize current campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create automations leveraging no-code and light-code tools to launch affiliate campaigns
  • Works directly with the Director of Affiliate Programs to implement organizational strategies and goals as related to technology, processes, and management
  • Assists the Affiliate Leadership Team with helping team leaders, managers, and department heads to identify departmental needs and goals
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing Affiliate recruitment strategies
  • Assist in the integration of Affiliate Tracking with HighLevel, FirstPromoter, Zapier, Stripe, and our company data warehouse
  • Assists in editing and optimizing reporting (Pendo, HighLevel, FirstPromoter) as well as automations (Zapier, HighLevel, FreshDesk) in accordance with the ever evolving needs of the company
  • Orchestrate existing and prospective affiliate landing pages and pre-defined affiliate offers
  • Ability to produce high-quality documents, SOP’s that provide insight into the change management procedures for all company departments involved.
  • Support company-wide marketing strategy and work to integrate and align affiliate department activities
  • Confidently work with large amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning department work and analyzing its outcomes
  • Measure and provide detailed analysis on success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
  • Drive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrate technical acumen to execute plans given into workable solutions
  • Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience and minimum of 2 years in software Project Management/consulting experience or technical support.
  • 2 years of experience in an Operational role, preferably in a Technical Support Call Center or Professional Services organization.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings.
  • Ability to handle the ambiguity that arises from time to time in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative work environment.
  • Prior experience utilizing various software integrations (Zapier, Freshworks, ClickUp, HighLevel etc).
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets at an advanced level.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
  • A basic to advanced understanding of CSS, HTML and/or API is not required for the position, however, it is a major plus for applicants of this role.
  • Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems a plus
