Gema Llorente Alonso

Gema Llorente Alonso has held various finance and HR positions over the past 24 years. In 1996, they began their career as a Financial Controller at Roche. Gema then moved to GSK in 2005, where they held the position of Regional CFO. In 2008, they became Head of Finance at AstraZeneca, and in 2012 they were CFO Iberia at Xylem Inc. In 2017, they took on the role of Global Controlling Director at Chemo, and in 2019 they became MMC Controller at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Vice President Finance/Global CFO&HR at Highlight Therapeutics SL.

Gema Llorente Alonso obtained their Licenciatura en Ciencias Economicas y Enpresariales from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1991 and 1996. Gema then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESIC: Business & Marketing School between 1996 and 1997.
