Olga Mandzyuk

Olga Mandzyuk is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Customer Support at Highline College since September 2022. Previous roles include Help Desk Lead at Tier One, Technical Support Representative I, and Information Technology Support Coordinator at Radiant Logistics Inc. from September 2020 to September 2022, and ITS Help Desk Technician at Highline College from June 2019 to August 2020. Olga has extensive technical expertise in troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, and network issue resolution. Additionally, Olga has hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, complemented by a background in business development and export logistics. Olga holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity and IT Administration Management from Central Washington University, along with an AAS in Network Security Engineering from Highline College and a Master's in Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
