Andrew White

Andrew White has a diversified work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew started their career in 2016 as a Leasing Professional at Greystar, where they were responsible for marketing lease contracts and maintaining high occupancy rates. In 2016, they joined Lincoln Property Company as a Leasing Manager, overseeing daily tasks and supervision of the Leasing/Marketing staff. Andrew also assisted with reports, resident/vendor relations, and owner meetings. In 2018, Andrew joined Elmington as a Community Director, managing staff, operations, and financial performance of a lease-up community. Andrew ensured compliance with fair housing standards and laws while representing Elmington to residents, vendors, and employees. Currently, they work at Highmark Residential as a Community Director.

From 1997 to 2002, Andrew White attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
