Marilyn Perez Rivera

Marilyn Perez Rivera has over 13 years of experience in the property management industry. Marilyn currently holds the position of Community Director at Highmark Residential. Before joining Highmark Residential in December 2021, they worked as a Community Manager at Cambridge Management, Inc. from February 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Property Manager at Parkside Apartments West from September 2010 to December 2018. Marilyn also has experience as an Occupancy Specialist at WinnCompanies from September 2008 to September 2010, where they performed various tasks related to tenant compliance, rent collection, and lease management.

Marilyn Perez Rivera attended Lawrence High School from 1989 to 1993 and earned a diploma in General Studies. In 1993, they briefly attended Salem State University, studying Communication and Media Studies without completing a degree. Currently, from 2019 to 2023, they are pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
