Abhijit Kini

Abhijit Kini is currently the Head of Customer Support at Highspot since August 2019. Prior to that, Abhijit worked as a Principal Technical Program Manager at Oracle from May 2017 to August 2019. Abhijit also served as the Director of Customer Success at Shippable from March 2016 to April 2017. With a background as a Senior Manager and Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, Abhijit has extensive experience in managing customer support, implementing systematic programs, and influencing product developments. Abhijit holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical from Manipal Institute of Technology.
