Ross A. Reed is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Hightop Hospitality since October 2021, Ross has previously held executive chef positions at DoubleTree by Hilton and the Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown. Prior to these roles, Ross gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at Pazzaluna and Cafe Lurcat, as well as owning and operating Tangled up in Blue. Educationally, Ross holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis, completed between 2003 and 2004.
