Bridget Conti

Bridget Conti, MBA, FASPR, currently serves as the Director of Provider Recruitment, Onboarding and Retention at Kaleida Health since July 2023. Conti has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the MPA Program focusing on Healthcare Administration at Hilbert College since September 2018. Previously, Conti held the position of Physician Recruiter & Retention Liaison at Catholic Health from September 2010 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive recruiting plans and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. Additionally, as a Physician Liaison at Catholic Health, Conti managed relationships between medical providers and the health system. Early career experience includes serving as the Director of Communications & Marketing at Excelsior Orthopaedics from May 2007 to July 2009, overseeing public relations and communications for a multi-disciplinary medical practice. Conti holds a B.S. in Retailing and an MBA in Marketing from Syracuse University.
