Diana M. has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Diana began their career at NWSRA Northwest Special Recreation Association, where they held various roles as a Head Instructor, Program Leader, Assistant Coach, and Inclusion Aide until 2010. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Little City Foundation as a Home Manager and later as a Human Resource Generalist. After that, they worked as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Project Manager and later as the Director of Operations from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Diana joined Aetna as a Senior Project Manager and Employee Engagement Champion until 2018. Following that, they joined CDK Global, where they worked as a Learning and Development Manager from 2018 to 2020 and later as the Senior Manager of Learning and Talent Development until 2021.

From 2016 to 2022, Diana also worked with the Taproot Foundation as a Pro Bono Consultant on various projects focused on assisting non-profits. Diana showcased their expertise in employee engagement, culture and diversity, change management, project management, strategic analysis, business analysis, survey development and analysis, training and curriculum development, and communication plans during their time at Taproot.

Most recently, in 2021, Diana joined Hilco Global as the Director of Talent Management.

Diana M. holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Ethics and Moral Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. In 2016, they completed studies in improvisation at IO Chicago and the Second City Training Center, focusing on improvisation and acting.

In addition to their formal education, Diana M. has obtained several certifications. Diana completed "The Art of Leadership (getAbstract Summary)" course offered by LinkedIn in March 2022. In July 2021, they obtained certification in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn. Diana also completed the "Project Management Simplified" course offered by LinkedIn in December 2020. In September 2019, they obtained certification in "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they hold certifications in "Hogan Assessment" from Hogan Assessment Systems (April 2018) and "Korn Ferry Assessment" from Korn Ferry Hay Group (April 2018).
