Matthew Tortorella has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources recruitment. Matthew began their career in 2015 at Santander Bank, N.A. as an Investments Recruiter and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they became the Company Owner of MPT Consulting. From 2018 to 2019, they also worked as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at A.J. Oster, LLC. Matthew then moved on to Materion Corporation as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter for a brief period in 2019. In the same year, they joined ContractRecruiter.com in a similar role. In 2020, they worked at Citizens Bank as a Retail, Mortgage, and Wealth Recruiter before joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter.
