Lindsey Wells has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Lindsey started their career at Hallmark Cards in 1996 as a Sales representative and then moved on to Aim Administrators Ltd in 1998, where they provided Clerical Support for three years. In 2002, Lindsey became an Office Manager at Carlin Futures LLC before joining Hilco Global as an Assistant Project Manager in 2003. Lindsey then transitioned to a role in Client Services at Optimus, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, Lindsey joined Fenceworks Inc "The Guy on 41" as a Vice President, handling inside sales, accounting, human resources, project management, budgeting, customer service, marketing, and website design. Lindsey has been with Fenceworks for nearly two decades and continues to serve in their role. In 2023, Lindsey also took on a new position as an Accounting and Operations Coordinator at Hilco Global.

Lindsey Wells pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree majoring in Communication Arts with a focus on Radio, Tv, and Film.
