Sanjay Marken

Sanjay Marken is currently the Director of Special Situations Investment Banking at Hilco Global. Previously, Sanjay was a Principal & Co-Founder at Exigent Partners. Sanjay also served as an Independent member of the Board of Directors at Corsicana Bedding, Inc. during their chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Prior to that, Sanjay worked as an Independent Restructuring Consultant and Deputy Chief Restructuring Officer at a multi-billion dollar private equity fund. Sanjay has experience as a Vice President, Investment Banking Associate, and Investment Banking Analyst at Miller Buckfire. Sanjay also has intern experience at D.E. Shaw, Conversion Partners, and Pfizer. Sanjay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.
