Lindsey Tapping

Lindsey Tapping serves as the Head of People Operations at Hiline, a company focused on empowering SMBs through strategic accounting and advisory services, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsey was the Associate Director of Recruiting & Onboarding at Calculate from July 2022 to November 2023, contributing to Hiline's M&A deal with Calculate that enhanced the firm's talent and technological capabilities. Lindsey's extensive career at PwC spanned nearly a decade, with positions including Experienced Recruiting Strategy & Operations Manager and various roles in talent acquisition and assurance. Early experience includes administrative responsibilities at MCS Media and internships with the Philadelphia Phillies and PwC. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management with an Accounting Emphasis from Albion College.
